The official biographer of Prime Minister Kevin Rudd , Robert Macklin's first edition of Kevin Rudd: The Biography sold out in four months. The new edition incorporates the election campaign - including election night in which the author spent with the Rudd family - together with a long conversation between author and PM in his Canberra office. The book thus becomes the first and only authoritative chronicle of the remarkable Queenslander who seemingly came from no where to the highest political office in the land.
